Art yarns are organic in design and most often used in modern woven tapestries but also make lovely additions to knitting, crocheting, weaving, and other crafts where unique textures and colours are desired.  Great to add to wet or Nuno felted pieces.  Get creative and add some to your own craft.

Fibres are carefully selected from primarily Canadian sources giving preference to small businesses, renewable resources, and recycled fibres.

Everything in my shop is personally hand-made by me with attention to selecting a cohesive variety of yarns providing an assortment of textures that is as appealing to the eye as it is to the touch.  All items are one of a kind and will bear the idiosyncrasies of creative human error.

Photography is done using natural lighting with the goal to provide the truest actual image that you will see in your home.  Please note that due to computer settings the colour may appear slightly different in person.  I aim to provide thorough descriptions, but if you have questions please contact me for further clarification.

I am based in Canada.  For US and International customers, you may prefer to select an upgraded shipping method.  While this will cost more up front, it provides you with tracking features, peace of mind, and insurance should your item be lost or damaged during shipment.

Care Instructions for your yarn - Work gently with art yarns as the natural fibers and hand made characteristics provide a delicate yarn.  If using a portion of the skein, ensure to knot at each end to avoid unravelling.
